RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will take care of your request for a return or exchange. Requests that are submitted more than 30 days ago won't be honored. Kindly ensure that you contact us by email at support@readilo.shop as soon as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Items that are returned need to be in their original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns of merchandise will not be accepted.
- Items that you receive must be returned within 30 days.
- All items must be in the same condition as when they were brought to you, unused, undamaged or unopened, and in their original packaging. The purchase receipt or another kind of evidence of purchase is also necessary.
- For returns or exchanges, customers need to choose a delivery option that provides tracking information.
GENERAL RETURN PROCESS
- To begin a return, send an email to support@readilo.shop along with images or videos of the items and your purchase number. Within three business days, a member of our customer service team will assess if your return request is eligible.
- Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
- Return or exchange: We will examine the item within three to five business days after receiving your return or exchange, at which point we will either offer a replacement for the exchanged item or issue a refund.
REFUNDS
When your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email, so please keep an eye out for it. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
In the event that your claim is approved, your refund will be processed in two to three business days and a credit will be immediately credited to your Paypal payment method.
POLICIES
- To ensure that your shipment is returned to us safely, it is recommended that you choose a traceable delivery method for all returns. We are not liable for any loss or damage to packages that are returned to us.
- You may return any item within 30 days after receiving the final package for your order (final sale/clearance items, free gifts, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories excluded). Note: You need to email us a picture of the problem or defect once you've filled out the online return request form.
- Shipments back must be authorized. Customer support will not execute refund requests that are denied. The address on the package you received is not where you are allowed to return the item or items. It is not our return address, which will affect how your return is processed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We regretfully cannot accept returns for items that are on sale or for customer-inflicted damage to the product.
EXCHANGES
Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.
COSTS
- Should the return arise from our errors (e.g., defective products, issues with product quality), you will receive a complete reimbursement;
- If the buyer's error resulted in the return (e.g., they ordered the incorrect product or size, they don't like it), they are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- If you get in touch with us soon after making your purchase, we can help you cancel the order.You may cancel your order prior to the delivery of your item if your payment has been completed but the package has not yet been dispatched. And we'll give you a complete refund.
- Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be canceled.
